I finally got around to reading all of the books I purchased from A Book Apart, which include CSS3 for Web Designers, HTML5 for Web Designers and Responsive Web Design.

A co-worker recommended them, and I have to say, I found them to be delightfully surprising. Granted, this is partly due to my wonderful iPad2. Normally I am not the type to purchase tech books, only because I’m more hands-on. I taught myself web design at a very young age and have never found a need for paperbacks.

I love that you can watch video tutorials as your reading. It made reading the books fun. I’d definitely suggest purchasing these if you’re an aspiring web designer, or an old dog looking for new tricks.
